Bosch isn’t the only tool company selling a top quality miter saw stand. DEWALT’s DWX726 is popular among the pros, too. But there are a few differences between it and the Bosch T4B.
The first feature that sets the DEWALT stand apart from the Bosch is its high weight capacity. Its tubular steel frame can support up to 300 pounds. That includes the weight of the miter saw plus the material you’re cutting.
Unfortunately, the size of the material it can support is only half that of the Bosch stand. The DEWALT DWX726 can only manage up to 8 feet. And if you’re working on uneven ground, the DEWALT doesn’t have levelers like the Bosch does.
Like the Bosch T4B, the mounting rails on the DEWALT stand are compatible with a wide range of miter saws. You’re not limited to using only DEWALT saws. But the bolts for securing the DWX726 saw are not quick-release clamps like the Bosch has.
