Recommendation
For extensive woodworking, with a need for precision and user-friendliness, both of these Skilsaws would exceed expectations. If you need an anti-snag lower guard, with a lighter saw body and durability, the Skilsaw SPT77WML-01 would be an excellent choice for your needs. Conversely, if you prefer the idea of having a 24-tooth Diablo blade, with availability for a two pack and user-friendly blade-switching, the Skilsaw SPT77WML-22 might be a better choice for you.
Both saws deliver great, clean cuts with a narrow saw body and nearly identical maximum depths for the saw blade. Either blade would be an excellent choice for any of your jobsite or personal project needs.
